    General Qualifications and Job Description


    • Must have either a BS or MS in Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering,
    • 5+ years of professional experience in Signal Processing, Algorithm Development and Embedded Systems,
    • Programming background in Matlab/Simulink, C/C++,
    • Experience in PLD/FPGA hardware definition languages,
    • Experience in test and measurement Instruments (Oscilloscope, Network, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.) 
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills,
    • Good English reading, writing and communication skills,



    • Ensure that sub-system is analysed, designed, developed, integrated and tested according to customer requirements and company processes,
    • Develop engineering plans like development, verification& validation, and integration plans,
    • Identify and establish design, development and verification environments,
    • Complete engineering tasks under his/her team's responsibility on schedule to ensure on time completion of project,
    • Perform architectural design activities,
    • Perform make/buy/reuse analysis,
    • Ensure that innovative solutions are developed,
    • Ensure that engineering and verification& validation activities are performed as planned,
    • Guide and lead team members in performing their activities. Provide on the job training when necessary,
    • Ensure that team performance supports project objectives,
    • Ensure that team follows processes and applicable standards when performing their activities and support QE and CME,
    • Ensure that sub-system meet their requirements and customer expectations,

    • Coordinate and communicate with customers, suppliers when necessary,
    • Support PM and Technical Leader in managing and tracking engineering activities of the team,
    • Identify and quantify project risks.
